Lake front lot in the community of Island Lake is a 2 hour drive North from St. Albert. This beautiful lake lot has pirvate access to the public beach. The owners had, with permission from Fisheries and Oceans Canada, back filled a portion of the beach for enjoyable wading and swimming. There is also a 24'x32' 'A' frame shed with loft area. There is a wood burning stove, furnace(not hooked up) and kitchen cabinets.
